Reservations

We only accept written reservations made with down payment.

Cancellation policy

In the case of cancellation, the advance payment made at the time of booking will not be refunded, in accordance with article 1.385 of the Italian Civil Code. In the case of late arrival or premature departure, you will be charged for the entire duration of the booking originally made.

Cancellation insurance

To ensure that you can enjoy your holiday free from worries, we recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy. Book with European Travel Insurance.

General Information

• Check-in: our holiday apartments will be ready for you from 13:00.
• Check-out: we request that you vacate your apartment by 10:00 on your day of departure. Please let us know if you need to depart later.
• Our apartments are non-smoking. We request that you only smoke outdoors, out of respect for our other guests.
• Pets are welcome (subject to charge and pre-agreement)
